📦 Returns
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition with tags and packaging intact
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Size or color issues (unless wrong item delivered)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong products, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the requested replacement is not available, a refund may be processed.
💰 Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
